As at 30 June 2018, Abacus owns and manages $160 million of industrial and other assets. 10 assets provide 48,765 sqm of net lettable area.

The portfolio is primarily focused on the major transport hubs in Queensland, Victoria and NSW. We utilise a combined internal and external management system, utilising external property managers in regional areas and metropolitan areas where we have no local staff.

The Group’s commercial (Office and Industrial) asset management team is managed by Peter Strain.
