The Riverland's project consists of 82ha of land located in Milperra, NSW that is suitable for multi-stage residential sub-division.
The site is exceptionally located in an existing residential precinct, fronting the Georges River and is adjacent to the M5 motorway that provides a 35 minute drive to the Sydney CBD. We are working with Council for a first stage sub-division on 15ha which could accomodate up to 422 residential lots of varing sizes. We are anticipating additional lots being approved once further studies are completed on the remaining land.
Rezoning has been acheived on stage one of circa 15ha with the development application approval progressing with Council.
