The Riverland's project consists of 82ha of land located in Milperra, NSW that is suitable for multi-stage residential sub-division.
The site is exceptionally located in an existing residential precinct, fronting the Georges River and is adjacent to the M5 motorway that provides a 35 minute drive to the Sydney CBD. We are working with Council for a first stage sub-division on 15ha which could accomodate up to 495 residential lots. We are anticipating additional lots being approved once further studies are completed on the remaining land.
Council have adopted the planning proposl (PP) for a residential sub-division. The rezoning can be approved by Council following public exhibition of the PP. NSW gazettal of the PP will follow final council approval. Development application can then be progressed.
