As at 31 December 2016, Abacus owns and manages a $374 million portfolio of food anchored sub-regional and neighbourhood shopping centres. Seven assets provide 78,625 sqm of retail space.

The portfolio is primarily focused on the major metropolitan trading areas of NSW, QLD and VIC. The retail portfolio is managed through onsite management teams controlled from a central team in Sydney reporting to Cameron Laird.
