As at 30 June 2020, Abacus had an Office portfolio valued at $1,493 million across 24 assets providing 148,670 sqm of office accommodation.

The portfolio is primarily focused on the CBDs of Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane with some assets located in Adelaide and Canberra.  We have a combined internal and external management approach, utilising external property managers where appropriate.
