Securityholders can elect to receive documents relating to their securityholding electronically or in paper copy.  These documents include dividend and distribution statements, Abacus’ annual report, notices of meeting (together with documents relating to securityholder meetings and resolutions to be considered) and this notice. 

To do this, simply go to Boardroom’s investor website InvestorServe at and follow the prompts, or contact Boardroom  (using the details below).

If you do not have a Boardroom account, please click “Register Now” to register. As part of the registration process, you will need to enter information about your holding, including your holding type and reference number.

Notwithstanding any election you make, you can also request to receive particular documents relating to your securityholding electronically or in paper copy.


Important information relating to notices of meeting and annual reports

Notices of meeting

Following the passing of the Corporations Amendment (Meetings and Documents) Act 2022 in February 2022, Abacus will now issue notices of annual and general meetings electronically where a securityholder has provided a valid email address or has not made an election, unless the securityholder has elected to receive a paper copy of these documents. 

If you wish to receive paper copies of notices of meeting, please update your preferences at or contact Boardroom  (using the details below). Alternatively, if you currently receive paper copies of notices of meeting and would prefer to receive them electronically, you can also update your preferences using the same process.

Annual reports

Securityholders can also elect not to receive an annual report. If you choose not to receive an annual report you can access it on our website at
